Buying a cabin

We made an offer on a house in Pine and it was accepted. This is after a couple of months of looking at what was available. We have called this house “treeless” because the lot that it sits on does not have many trees in the front. However, it is a quiet location and quite private. The house itself is very small and needs a lot of work. It is a true fix up situation and we are looking forward to getting started.
