Making Progress on the Parking Area

With another load of fill, we are closer to being finished with the parking area.

Working on our Retaining Wall

We had one load of fill delivered – but will need at least one more. This area should be able to accommocate 2-3 cars when completed. We also are adding a drainage pipe along the street.

This past weekend we started laying the blocks for our retaining wall needed to create a parking area.

This weekend, Kevin started building a deck on the South side of the cabin off the living room.

Laying Flooring

We are in the process of laying our flooring and have most of the living room and kitchen done. We hope to be completed by next weekend.

Adding Drywall Around our French Door

Today, we installed the drywall around our french door. Next week we will finish up with the door and hopefully begin laying our flooring!

Adding a Rear Door

We added a door in the small bedroom to access the rear of the cabin. This door allows access to a storage room that we have off the back of the cabin.
